How to be Innovative Without Stressing Over it

There is a lot to be said for the 1, 2, 3 (or however many) steps article writing process, and it would be wrong of me to say that I don’t use this method myself – I have done, hundreds of times, and will continue to do so.

…Because it works.

But sometimes I like to deviate a little “off Piste” shall I say, and write about things from a different angle, or a different perspective

I believe it brings a freshness of approach into my business, and I’m not saying for a moment that the traditional methods get boring, but to do things out of the mainstream occasionally, keeps mu mind active.

How do you like to do thing a bit differently from time to time?

How do you like to present information to your readers, client, and subscribers in a way that goes against – let’s be brave here and say – content that goes against the trend.

How does it feel?

Does it make for a fresh state of mind?

Does it give you fresh ideas?

It certainly keeps me fresh and inspired.

I just like exploring the different way to write and present things; keeps me going to do things a bit differently.

I recently read an email from a mentor I invest in and he was saying things about being innovative or pioneering.

Here’s the thing – I don’t think being pioneering is really what most of us would consider ourselves to be, at least not in terms of bringing something unique to that table that would appeal to someone else in term of them investing thousands of dollars for that which we are innovating.

I think there’s another perspective, another angle, to being pioneering though; a perspective that was missed in the message I received.

I suspect that when people are prompted to be innovators it may prompt a feeling of inadequacy – I don’t know – I’m just reading between the lines and giving you my own feelings.

I don’t think it needs to be complicated or over-thought.

I think that there is more than one angle that can warrant the description of being pioneering, because it not an exact science, and often in the eye of the beholder. Writing content is I believe one of the best ways to be most – in fact I think there are several.

I believe there are ways to be pioneering and that means that there is something of an innovator in every one of us. We all have a different package to offer, a different slant, and that is all it takes.
